First sound piece: One with archaeology and one with sound,1981.

In my first work I decided to collect material from the ground near to places where I’ve been living, material as leaves, soil, pine cones (whatever found in that spot). I placed the collected material in eleven boxes. On the ground I left symbolic objects that were important to me.

Later on I recorded myself, playing the violin with a selected sound in the neighbourhood. For example I improvised in a moving staircase, I played the rhythm as the machine in a bookbindery and I played one tone for every step while crossing a bridge.

Today I play with a band called 404/Motljus. We work with all kinds of music and sounds such as black metal and “breathing on the drums”.
