Anna Linder
Sweden, b. 1967 in Storuman, Lapland. Lives in Stockholm.
Since 1990 part in various cultural projects, producer and curator for exhibitions, events and concerts. Her works have been selected for festivals and exhibitions. Member of Fylkingen – New Music and Intermedia Art, High Heel Sisters and Föreningen JA. From 2004 producer at Filmform.
First piece: cum pane – the one you share your bread with, 2002.
She is active in the field of experimental film and video, alternative music and soundart, performance and dance.
Together with Dorte Olesen she produced 3 dancepieces: Ful flicka, Pudel and Måndag.
Her first piece cum pane – the one you share your bread with, 2002, is a shortfilm with improvised music by AALY and sounds by Mikael Stavöstrand.
After that she worked with sounds, performance and experimental radio in Parasomnia – what do I do when I sleep? Here she worked with Leif Elggren, Paul Dickinson, Thom K. Bailey and 4 sleepwalkers.
As a curator she always highlights sounds. In the exhibition OTO at Konstakuten it was Japanese soundart with Atsuhiro Ito, Piana and Keiichi Sugimoto. She curated exhibitions with Lina Selander, KOEFF, Hans Appelqvist and David Stackenäs. Her next project is a shortfilm with new music by Tape.
